Virus Threats
If you've heard about virus activity that may
compromise your computer, don't despair. There are many things you
can do to protect yourself. Star One keeps abreast of these situations

However, it's a good idea to take measures to protect your PC at
home by doing the following:
- Visit your browser company's website (Netscape,

McAfee
and Symantec
to learn more about recent virus activity.
- Update your anti-virus software annually and disinfect your
hard drive on a regular basis.
- Consider purchasing "anti-spyware" software. Run
it once a month.
